I have to remember my end goal. I have forgotten that. It is easy to get distracted by what you think you can't have or feeling deprived. But, like Joe says, keep the end goal in mind. For me, I want to get all this extra weight off. I want to feel healthy and happy with what I am eating and how I look and feel. I don't want to live in fear about my health. I want to enjoy the good fresh foods and get off the processed stuff and junk food.

Juice Fast Day 40
Well, made it to day 40. It hasn't been perfect, but I am here and looking towards 60 days. I have struggled with cravings and nibbling for sure. Nothing major, but a struggle none the less. It really helped me to go and watch a few YouTube video and see what others are doing. I'm going to post Joe Cross here and what he says about cravings.
